Privacy Policy

When you sign in we receive from your OAuth provider (e.g. Google):

• Your email address
• Your display name (if provided by the provider)

During normal use we also store:

• Your BM Points balance and transaction history
• Markets and outcomes you create
• Bets you place
• Circles you create or belong to

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and keep your session active.
• Display your username and balance inside the app.
• Process virtual bets and distribute winnings.
• Let you and your circle members see shared markets.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside running the game.

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Cloudflare — the platform that hosts BuzaMarket. Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a SQLite-based database). Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data handling.
• Your OAuth provider (e.g. Google) — we only receive the profile data they send us at sign-in.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It contains only an encrypted session ID — no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your account data is kept for as long as you use the Service. If you'd like your account deleted, email us and we'll remove all your data within 30 days.

BuzaMarket is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are encrypted. Because this is a hobby project, we can't promise enterprise-grade security, but we take reasonable precautions and have nothing valuable to steal (it's all fake points).

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your account and all associated data.

If we make material changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BuzaMarket after changes constitutes acceptance.
