Terms of Service

BuzaMarket ("we", "us", "the Service") is an entertainment platform where users make predictions using virtual points ("BM Points"). The Service is provided for fun and social purposes only.

BM Points are a fictional in-game currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred outside the platform, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services — ever. BuzaMarket does not charge for any features and never will in a way that involves real currency.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BuzaMarket. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information when signing up.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Create markets with false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to manipulate markets or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.
• Automate interactions with the Service without our written consent.

You are responsible for the markets and content you create. Don't post anything illegal, defamatory, or in violation of someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Circle creators are responsible for their group's conduct. Anyone you invite can see your circle's markets. Choose who you invite carefully.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of any market resolution, or that points balances will be preserved indefinitely.

Because BuzaMarket involves no real money and is a free game, our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of virtual points or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
